ABOUT MULTICULTURAL HOME CARE
We provide home health care in a variety of languages. The nursing staff collectively speak several languages including:
English, Spanish, Cambodian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Haitian-Creole, and Portuguese.
Additional languages are spoken through our paraprofessional staff.
We believe in the case management model of care and strive to insure that each patient is seen by the same clinical team members from admission to discharge.
This approach improves communication at all levels, including the patient, family members, physician, other providers, and the clinical team members.

MCHC was established in 1995 as a unique organization to fill a void within the Home Care field by providing services with cultural understanding and in the same language as the client.
